    • Definition of Facilitating

    Facilitating is to guide participant(s) to think best in order to produce certain desired results that they want (Output/Outcome/Impact), stimulating participants' thinking through group discussion, reflection, and analysis as well as building their consensus; and then guide them about what to do (Input) to get what they want (Output/Outcome/Impact). By the way, we also can say that facilitating refers to any activities helping participant(s) to do something more easily to find any possible ways, through discussion and suggestion.

    A good facilitator is not a person who always provides any directions , but a person who is good at applying the facilitating processes, including researching & finding out, listening to people's ideas and emotions, asking good questions, encouraging and motivating people's feelings and thinking, and guiding people in exploring and analyzing alternative options or solutions.

    Facilitating Service

    We can provide facilitating service for some subjects as below:-

  • 1/. Strategic Planning Skills: Long-Term Strategic/Business Plan, Short-Term Strategic/Business Plan, and Annual Operational Plan (AOP).
  • 2/. Admin & Human Resource Management Skills: Internal Regulation, Admin & HR Policy, Recruitment Guideline & Procedure, Performance Appraisal Guideline & Procedure, HR Activity and Budget Plan, ToR / JD, and all related samples / templates of Admin & HR Affairs.
  • 3/. Accounting & Finance Management Skills: Financial Policy, Accounting Procedure, Cash Management, Stock Controlling & Management, Accounting Management Software, and PoS System Software or Business Management Software.
